What happens next

  1. Send a short note

Your business name, city and what you need.

  2. Get a reply

Ali or a senior strategist answers, usually the next business day.

  3. Plan the next step

If it fits, you get a clear proposal. If not, honest advice.

How to reach us

Hours: Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific. For Durham, that's noon to 9 p.m. Eastern, which suits many contractors who are on site all morning and catch up on business in the evening.

Response time: We usually reply within one business day.

We don't use online forms, chat widgets or booking calendars. A call, text or email reaches a person directly, and it lets you say what you need in your own words.

What to include in your first message

You don't need to prepare a presentation. These details let us answer properly on the first reply:

  1. Your trade and main services, for example roofing repairs and replacements, or basement finishing.
  2. Your base town and the Durham municipalities you serve now.
  3. The towns you want more work in, if different.
  4. Your current marketing: website address, whether you run ads, roughly how many Google reviews you have.
  5. Your average job value, even a rough range.
  6. What prompted you to get in touch, such as a slow season, a new crew, or an agency that didn't deliver.

Here's a template you can copy, fill in and send by text or email:

Hi, this is [Your name] from [Business name]. We're a [trade] company based in [Base town], serving [Towns you serve]. We'd like more [type of job] in [Target towns]. Our average job is about [$ amount]. Our website is [web address]. Best time to reach me is [time].

What happens next

  1. We reply, usually within one business day, by whichever channel you used.
  2. A short first conversation. The first 30 minutes are free for eligible trades businesses. We ask about your numbers, towns and capacity, and look at your website and Google profile.
  3. A written recommendation. If we think we can help, we send a short plan: which towns, which services, expected costs and how we'll measure it. If not, we tell you why.
  4. You decide. No pressure, no countdown offers. Plans are month-to-month with 30 days' notice, as explained on the pricing page.

Before you contact us, a quick self-check

If you're not sure what you need, try this five-minute check first. It often tells you where to start:

  • Search your main service and your base town on your phone. Are you in the top three map results?
  • Count your Google reviews from the past six months.
  • Open your website on a phone and see how quickly you can call or text.
  • Look at your last ad invoice and ask how many jobs it produced.

Bring the answers when you get in touch. They make the first conversation much more productive. The services overview explains what we'd do about each gap.

If you're comparing several agencies

That's sensible, and we'd rather you compared than signed in a hurry. Ask every agency you speak with the same four questions: who owns the accounts, how leads are counted, which Durham towns they would target first, and what happens if you want to leave. Write the answers down side by side. A good agency answers all four plainly in the first conversation, and the differences between them usually become obvious within a day. If our answers aren't the clearest on your list, choose someone else.

What we can't help with

We don't do trade work, sell leads, or give legal, safety or licensing advice. For regulatory questions, contact the responsible body directly, such as TSSA or ESA. We also won't write fake reviews or pretend to have an office in Durham. If that sounds refreshingly plain, we'll probably work well together. You can read more about us, or browse the FAQ first.

Frequently asked questions

Why is the phone number a 604 area code?

Our group is headquartered in Vancouver, BC. The same number reaches us by call or text from anywhere in Durham.

What are your hours in Eastern time?

Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific works out to noon to 9 p.m. Eastern, so evenings after your crews are off the tools are a good time to call.

Can I text instead of calling?

Yes. Many contractors prefer texting from a job site. Send a short message and we'll reply by text or call back, whichever you ask for.

Will I get a sales pitch?

You'll get questions about your trade, towns and numbers, and an honest view of whether we can help. If we think you're better off waiting or doing something yourself, we'll say so.
